The Bridge21 model of technology-mediated, collaborative learning is ideally suited to the philosophy of Project Maths, providing a realistic, contextualized, problem-based approach to learning mathematics.
Designed by Bridge21 in collaboration with RISK LAB researcher Jessica Stanley, this one day workshop will give teachers hands on experience in a number of Bridge21-style maths learning activities. These activities, suitable for 1st to 4th year students, have been developed and tested here in Trinity College Dublin.
Participants will gain experience with a number of off-the-shelf digital tools, while working in a collaborative learning environment and sharing knowledge with teachers from other schools.
