History Week: August 11th – 15th
History Teachers!
History week at Bridge21 will entail two days of teacher activities followed by three days of piloting activities with TY volunteers. On Monday teachers will take part in a Bridge21 history activity, Tuesday will be spent designing and honing further activities and then Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be spent piloting these activities with TY volunteers.
TY students in Bridge21
Teachers are welcome to stay on for the second half of the week and act as mentors to the TY volunteers. The intention is that we have a lot of fun, learn lots from each other and that everyone goes away with loads of ideas about DOING history in the classroom.
