Call to Code – Google Competition
Google is looking for tomorrow’s coders, and you can help! Introducing Call to Code, a Google sponsored coding competition open to all students ages 13-18 in the Republic of Ireland. Students compete in this online competition for a chance to qualify for the Final Round. Winners of Round One will go to the Google Dublin office for a Final Round in-person. Great prizes, a Google tour, and special teacher prizes for the teacher of each cycle with the most competing students. For more information, visit www.calltocode.ie.
You have until the 1st of April to register and the competition will be run online on the 3rd of April
This is a great opportunity for you and your students to test their skills. As they state in the FAQs, it’s not all about knowing programming languages, there are also logic puzzles.
